Nikhil Bhalla

Nikhil Bhalla is a Vice President of Equity Research at FBR Capital Markets & Co. He graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a master’s degree in management in 2003, after which he joined the real estate valuation and advisory group of CB Richard Ellis, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the world. In 2005, he joined Susquehanna Financial Group LLLP as an Associate covering lodging and cruise lines, and returned to the industry in 2006 as Director of Feasibility and Strategic Analysis at Host Hotels & Resorts, the largest hotel REIT in the world. Subsequently, in 2008 Mr. Bhalla joined FBR Capital Markets & Co. to cover the lodging sector.
