Mike Shapiro

Mike Shapiro serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Catamaran Corporation, the nation’s fourth-largest pharmacy benefit manager, serving more than 32 million members. Responsible for financial operations and investor relations, Mr. Shapiro is driving shareholder value for the nearly $15 billion company. Joining Catamaran in 2012, Mr. Shapiro previously served as SVP, Finance, directing efforts in the areas of financial planning and reporting, treasury, tax and audit.
