Mickey Murdock

MICKEY MURDOCK is Senior Vice President-Chief Operating Officer
of National Security Group, Inc. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and Fellow, Life Management Institute with 32 years in
insurance and with National Security. Mr. Murdock has been Chief
Operating Officer of the company since January 1, 2002. Prior to
that he was Chief Financial Officer from 1977 to 2001 and
Controller from 1970 to 1977. Previously, he was an Auditor in a
CPA firm from 1968 to 1970 and a Captain in the U.S. Air Force
from 1964 to 1968. He received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce
and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
