Michael J. Celebrezze is Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and also serves as Co-Leader of LCA-Vision Inc. He joined the company in July 2006 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Celebrezze oversees finance, accounting, legal, insurance, treasury, information systems, real estate and investor relations. Before joining LCA-Vision, he served for five years as CFO of First Transit Inc., a national public transportation company. Before that, he spent 17 years with APCOA/Standard Parking, Inc., where he held several financial positions including Executive Vice President and CFO. Mr. Celebrezze holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in Ohio (inactive) and received a B.S. in accounting from Kent State University and an MBA from John Carroll University.
