Maurice R. Taylor

MAURICE R. TAYLOR II co-founded Chronimed Inc. in 1985, and is the
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Chronimed’s mission
is to manage costs, improve outcomes, and enhance the quality of life
for individuals with chronic health conditions. Chronimed is a leading
integrated healthcare company specializing in diagnostic products.
Pharmacy services and disease management for people with chronic health
conditions. The Company develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes
pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostic products, and provides specialized
patient management services nationwide for people with long-term chronic
conditions such as HIV/AIDS, diabetes, organ transplants, and diseases
treated with injectable medications. From 1970 to 1984, Mr. Taylor held
various management positions in companies that distribute medical
products and manufactured a variety of food and industrial products. Mr.
Taylor has been active in community work and currently serves on the
boards of directors of The Whittier Institute for Diabetes (subsidiary
of ScrippsHealth in LaJolla, California); Clinical Network, Inc.;
Linguistic Technologies Inc.; and the Minnesota Zoo.
