Mark L. Bentsen

MARK L. BENTSEN, President and CEO of Cathedral Energy Services Ltd.,
co-founded Directional Plus Ltd., a subsidiary of Cathedral in 1998. Mr.
Bentsen was formerly Vice President of Corporate Development for a large
oil well drilling contractor. Mr. Bentsen is a graduate of Acadia
University with a Business Administration degree and has over 25 years
of experience in the oilfield service sector.
