Louis G. Conforti

LOUIS G. CONFORTI serves as Co-President and Chief Financial
Officer of Prime Group Realty Trust since May 2000. Mr. Conforti
served as Executive Vice President and Director of Capital
Markets from August 1999 through May 2000. Mr. Conforti served as
Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets for the
company from June 1998 through August 1999. From July 1997 to
July 1998, Mr. Conforti served as Executive Director of Realty
Estate Investment Banking for CIBC Oppenheimer Corp. in New York.
Immediately prior to CIBC Oppenheimer, Mr. Conforti was a Vice
President concentrating in real estate investment banking at
Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated located in Baltimore, Maryland.
During his career, Mr. Conforti has been responsible for the
completion of several billion dollars of real estate
transactions, including public equity and convertible preferred
equity issuance, private placement of preferred equity,
commercial mortgage-backed securitization, and financial advisory
for real estate investment trusts and private real estate
companies. Mr. Conforti is a member of the National Association
of Real estate Investment Trusts and the Urban Land Institute.
