Leslie J. Christon

LESLIE J. CHRISTON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Shells
Restaurants Inc., since 2003. Prior to joining Shells Ms. Christon was
President and COO of Sutton Place Gourmet Inc., from 2000-2002;
President Brinker International, On The Border Restaurants, from
1996-2000; SVP Operations Darden Restaurants Inc. Red Lobster
Restaurants from 1994-1996; VP Operations El Chico Restaurants, from
1981-1994 and various operations posts at Steak & Ale Restaurants from
1972-1981. She was named 1998 Woman of the Year by Roundtable for Women
in Foodservice.
