Kevin Simpson

KEVIN SIMPSON joined Merrill Lynch in January 1993 as the Senior Oil
Services and Equipment Analyst and has been covering the industry for
over 20 years. Before joining Merrill, Mr. Simpson spent three years at
Schroders and previously led Drexel Burnham Lambert’s oil services
research team. He has been an Institutional Investor-ranked analyst 18
times. In 2000, Mr. Simpson was named one of the ‘Best on the Street’
analysts by the Wall Street Journal survey for earnings estimate
accuracy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the
University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr.
Simpson is also a member of the National Association of Petroleum
Investment Analysts (NAPIA).
