Kenneth M. Roberts

KENNETH M. ROBERTS is President and Chief Investment Officer of Ken
Roberts Investment Management, Inc., an investment advisory company that
manages assets approximating $380 million. He began his investment
career as a Security Analyst with Murphey-Favre and worked there in
various capacities ranging from Security Trader, Research Analyst, and
Portfolio Manager from 1968 to1973. In 1973, he joined Foster &
Marshall as a Registered Representative and Security Analyst. While at
Foster & Marshall, he became President and Portfolio Manager of the
Foster & Marshall Growth Fund (now the Smith Barney Fundamental Value
Fund), which he managed from 1981 to1990. In 1991, he formed Ken
Roberts Advisory Group, which was an investment management subsidiary of
the Spokane office of Smith Barney. In 1994, he began Ken Roberts
Investment Management, Inc., as an independent investment advisor. He is
currently serving on the Board of Directors of FLOW International as
well as the Finance Advisory Board for Washington State University. He
has been a past President of the Spokane Chapter of the Seattle Society
of Financial Analysts and is current Treasurer of that organization. He
received his BA degree in Economics from Whitworth College and an MBA
degree in Finance from Harvard University.
