Keith E. Reihl

KEITH E. REIHL has been a Director of Maxcor Financial Group Inc. since
April 1997, and Chief Operating Officer of the company from November
2001 to date. From August 1997 to November 2001, Mr. Reihl was Chief
Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Reihl also served as Treasurer of
the company from August 1997 through November 1998. Mr. Reihl also is
the Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of Euro Brokers and a number
of its subsidiaries, as well as a member of such companies’ respective
boards of directors. Prior to being appointed Chief Operating Officer of
such companies in November 1996, Mr. Reihl had served since 1983 as the
Chief Financial Officer of Euro Brokers and a number of its
subsidiaries. Prior to that time, Mr. Reihl was employed for nine years
by Price Waterhouse LLP, serving lastly as Senior Audit Manager. Mr.
Reihl is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BA degree in
Accounting from Elizabethtown College in 1974.
