Jon Lee

JON LEE is Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner of Hollister
Asset Management. He has been in the securities industry since 1982.
From 1990 to August 1994, he was the portfolio manager at Criterion
Holdings, Inc. (which he co-founded) including Criterion Investment
Partners, LP, a California limited partnership investment fund, and the
private accounts of Criterion Investors, Inc. a registered investment
advisor. Prior to Criterion, Lee was a portfolio manager at Kayne
Anderson Investment for five years, specializing in risk arbitrage.
Prior to Kayne Anderson, Jon was a Portfolio Manager at Cantor
Fitzgerald, and also worked at Sutro & Co. Jon has a B.A. from the
University of California, Berkeley.
