John Heaven

JOHN HEAVEN is a Director and the President and C.E.O. of Musicrypt. Mr.
Heaven earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree McMaster University in
Hamilton, Ontario, a Master of Business Administration degree at the
University of Toronto, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at
Clarkson Gordon. Mr. Heaven co-founded Coesyl Ltd., a software company,
in 1981 and subsequently joined Telepanel Systems Inc. (“Telepanel”), a
NASDAQ and TSE listed company, in December 1984 until late 1998 where he
has held positions as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and
Director.
