Joe Armstrong

JOE ARMSTRONG has served as Chief Financial Officer of Sorrento Networks
Corporation since January 2001. He brings over 25 years of corporate
finance, investor relations, treasury, legal and management experience
to Sorrento Networks, having spent 15 years with State Of The Art, a
leading provider of accounting software. As Chief Financial Officer,
Vice President, Finance and Secretary of State Of The Art, he managed
two rounds of venture capital financing, the company’s initial public
offering and several significant acquisitions and mergers. Prior to
joining Sorrento Networks, Mr. Armstrong most recently served as CFO for
The Bohlin Company. Previously, he was Director of Marketing Finance and
Financial Planning for MAI Basic Four Corporation and a Certified Public
Accountant for Vicenti, Lloyd and Stutzman, a regional public accounting
firm. Mr. Armstrong holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in
Business from Utah State University
