JEREMY N. KENDALL is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stake
Technologies Ltd., and he has served as Director of the company since
September 1978. In June 1983, he was elected Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is Chairman of the Board for
all of the company’s subsidiaries. He is also Chairman of Jemtec Inc.,
and Easton Minerals Limited. Mr. Kendall has a BA in Economics and an
MBA, both from the University of Western Ontario. He is Chairman of the
Board of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
