Jay M. Weinstein

JAY M. WEINSTEIN is the founder and President of Oak Forest Investment
Manangement. Before forming Oak Forest on January 1, 1996, Mr. Weinstein
spent eight and one-half years as Vice President and Portfolio Manager
at Heritage Investors Management Corporation in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr.
Weinstein earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the
Wharton School of Business and Finance in 1987 with a concentration in
Finance. He is a 1981 graduate of Harvard University with an A.B. in
government. Mr. Weinstein is a Chartered Financial Analysts. He has been
cited in The Washington Post, Barron’s, The Wall Street Transcript,
Money Manager Interviews, The Washington Jewish Week, and Institutional
Investor’s Portfolio Management Letter. Mr. Weinstein is a native of
Bethesda and a graduate of Walt Whitman High School. He currently lives
in Bethesda with his wife and two children.
