Jason R. Graybill

JASON R. GRAYBILL is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of
Abner, Herrman & Brock Inc. He is also a member of AHB’s Investment
Policy Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Mr. Graybill was a
Financial Analyst at Valuation Counselors Group, Inc., providing
financial valuation consulting services to closely held and private
companies. His background in investment management includes three years
of equity research experience with Oxford Capital Management. Mr.
Graybill is on the Board of Directors at the New York Society of
Security Analysts (NYSSA) and is an active participant on the Society’s
Private Wealth Management Committee. He has been interviewed by many
financial publications and is a guest speaker at securities industry
events. Mr. Graybill earned an MS degree in Finance from the University
of Baltimore and a BS degree in Business Administration from Towson
University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
