James G. Kelly

JAMES G. KELLY is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Global Payments Inc., a leader in the delivery of payments and
associated information. Mr. Kelly originally became CFO of NDC’s
Atlanta-based eCommerce line of business in April 2000. NDC eCommerce
began operating as Global Payments Inc. on December 11, 2000, and the
new company spun off from National Data on February 1, 2001. Mr. Kelly
has responsibility for the financial course of the company and reports
to Chairman, President and CEO Paul R. Garcia. Prior to joining NDC
eCommerce, Mr. Kelly served as Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal,
a New York-based financial and operational consulting and management
firm. In this capacity, he held numerous operating positions including
CEO and CFO of Florida Tile, a subsidiary of Premark International and
CFO of Productivity Point International. Most recently, he served as the
financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Charter Behavioral Health
Services. In addition to his work at Alvarez & Marsal, he was a manager
in the merger and acquisitions group at Ernst & Young. Mr. Kelly is also
a CPA.
