James Armstrong

JAMES ARMSTRONG co-Founded JDA Software in 1985 and serves as CEO and
Chairman of the Board. He Founded JDA Software Services Ltd. of Canada
in 1978, which grew to be one of the largest Canadian IBM Midrange
software firms. Mr. Armstrong sold the Canadian company in 1985 when he
formed the US-based JDA Software and then re-purchased it in 1996.
Previously he held operations, programming, and management positions in
varied business environments.’Mr. Armstrong studied Engineering at
Ryerson Polytechnic Institute located in Toronto, Ontario.
