Hossein Fateh, a Co-founder of DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc., has served as the company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since its IPO. In 1997 Mr. Fateh, along with Lammot du Pont, co-founded the company’s predecessor, DuPont Fabros Development, for which he managed, through a variety of entities, the acquisition, development, leasing and management of all of DFT’s current properties. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Fateh was Vice President and was responsible for acquisition, development, leasing, financing and sales for a broad-based Washington, D.C., real estate development company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his M.S. in finance from George Washington University.
