Connelly, Gerald L.

GERALD L. CONNELLY has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Robbins & Myers since January 1, 1999. From April 1996 to January 1999,
he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the
company and from June 1994 to April 1996, he was a Vice President of the
company and President of its Process Industries Group.
