Ephraim Kwok

EPHRAIM KWOK is the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
and Corporate Secretary of Elantec Semiconductor, Inc. Previously, Mr.
Kwok served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of
KMOS Semiconductor. Mr. Kwok also held various management positions at
different high technology companies. Mr. Kwok holds a BS degree from
University of California, Davis and an MBA degree from University of
California, Berkeley.
