Edward S. Sampson

EDWARD S. SAMPSON is Executive Chairman of Niko Resources Ltd. He
has excelled in the field of business management during the past
26 years. He has initiated and managed a series of successful
business operations focused primarily on oil and gas exploration
and development. Prior to Niko, Mr. Sampson founded Strike Energy
Inc. and was instrumental in its growth into a mid-size Canadian
public company. He is a Director of several other public and
private companies.
