David R. Paolo

David R. Paolo has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer since October 1998. Mr. Paolo was the Founder and President of
Log On America’s predecessor company from 1992 until October 1998. In
1994, Mr. Paolo was appointed as Ambassador for the Greater Providence
Chamber of Commerce. From 1996 to 1998, he was the Chairman of the NYNEX
Advisory Board.
