David N. Richardson

DAVID N. RICHARDSON is the President of Asset Management Corporation in
Louisville, Kentucky. Previously, he was associated with First Kentucky
Investment Advisors, Inc. as President, Central Trust Company, and Peat
Marwick Mitchell & Company. A member of the New York Analysts’ Society
and the Louisville Society of Financial Analysts, Mr. Richardson holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an
M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati. He
is married, has three children, and includes numismatics, archeology,
and history among his personal interests.
