Edmond R. Coletta

Edmond “Ned” R. Coletta is President and Chief Executive Officer of Casella Waste Systems. He joined the company in 2004 and prior to becoming CEO in January 2026, served in various roles including President and Chief Financial Officer. Before that, Mr. Coletta served as the Chief Financial Officer and was a member of the board of directors of Avedro, Inc. (FKA ThermalVision, Inc.), an early-stage medical device company that he co-founded. Earlier in his career, he served as a research and development engineer for Lockheed Martin Michoud Space Systems. Mr. Coletta holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University in Materials Science Engineering.
