Clifford M. Pollan

CLIFFORD M. POLLAN, President & Chief Executive Officer, helped found
NewsEDGE Corporation with three others in 1989, serving as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing. Through Mr. Pollan’s efforts and
vision, NewsEDGE has established itself as an acknowledged leader and
global provider of eContent Web services for business. Prior to
NewsEDGE, Mr. Pollan was a Director of Sales at Lotus Development
Corporation. Before that, he held the position of Vice President of
Sales at Isys Corporation, a financial information company. From 1978 to
1985, he was employed by Data Resources, Inc., an economic information
service company, most recently as a Director of Consulting. Mr. Pollan
is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS of Economics
from the Wharton School.
