Christian K. Bement

CHRISTIAN K. BEMENT has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Earl Scheib, Inc., since 1998. In 1999, he led the development of two
new subsidiaries, Quality Fleet and Truck Centers and Precision
Coatings, Inc. From 1995 to 1998, he was Executive Vice President, Chief
Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors after being
recruited by the Earl Scheib Board of Directors to direct the
operational turnaround of the company. Previously, from 1990 to 1994, he
was Executive Vice President of Thrifty Corporation and from 1985 to
1990 he was Senior Vice President, Industrial Relations. Mr. Bement is
on the Board of Directors of Californians for Compensation Reform, the
YMCA of Los Angeles Metro, the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment
Commission, First Century Bank and Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. He
received a Bachelor of Science in Law from Western State University
College of Law.
