Bruce R. Galloway

BRUCE R. GALLOWAY has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arthur
Treacher’s, Inc. since May 1996 and also assumed the position of Chief
Executive Officer in May 1998. Mr. Galloway also is currently a managing
director of Burnham Securities Inc. , an NASD Broer/Dealer and
investment bank based in New York. Prior to joining Burnham in 1993, Mr.
Galloway was a senior vice president at Oppenheimer & Company, an
investment bank and NASD Broker/Dealer based in New York, from 1991
through 1993. Mr. Galloway holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Hobart
College and an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern Graduate
School of Business.
