After eight years at Arthur Andersen of which Jacques Herail is today
President of the Old Members Club, this graduate of Sciences Politiques
and ESSEC, became Chief Financial Officer at HDM in 1984. He served as
Executive Vice President of EURO RSCG Worldwide from 1989 to 1996, and
has been Chief Financial Officer of the Havas Advertising group since
that date.
