Andre C. Dimitriadis

ANDRE C. DIMITRIADIS’ career encompasses 3 years in the oil industry, 17
years in the airline industry, and 15 years in the healthcare industry.
In the airline industry, his career included a position as Executive
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Western
Airlines, overseeing the restructuring (and eventual sale afterwards) of
this company from 1982 to 1984. As Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of American Medical International, Mr. Dimitriadis
oversaw the financial restructuring and eventual sale of this company
from 1984 to 1989. In 1989, he joined Beverly Enterprises as Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he restructured $1
Billion worth of debt and saw the company’s market value triple. In
1992, Mr. Dimitriadis formed LTC Properties. As Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, he took the company public in 1992, raising $150
Million in its initial public offering. Today, LTC ha s a total market
value of approximately $800 million. Mr. Dimitriadis holds a Ph.D. in
Economics and an M.B.A. from New York University, as well as an M.S. in
Computer Sciences from Princeton, and a B.S. in Electric Engineering
from Robert College. He is currently a Director for Magellan Health
Services, and was co-founder in 1994 of Assisted Living Concepts, a
leading provider of assisted living services.
