serving as the Technology Sector Analyst and Small Cap Equity Fund
Portfolio Manager. He was previously associated with Dean Investment
Associates and Renaissance Investment Management. Mr. Dugar earned an
MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a BS in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has over 10
years of professional investment experience and is a Chartered Financial
Analyst.
