Allen F. Grum

Allen F. Grum, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been employed with Rand Capital Corporation since 1995. Mr. Grum is a seasoned financial services executive with over 20 years of experience with financial services organizations. Mr. Grum oversees the company’s investment activities and takes an active role in the investment process from deal sourcing to fund marketing. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Eisenhower College.
