Alexander Dexne

ALEXANDER DEXNE has been Chief Financial Officer of MediGene AG since
May 2002, heading the Finance and Business Development activities. Mr.
Dexne attended the University of Goettingen and holds a Master’s degree
in Economics as well as an MBA degree from Massey University, New
Zealand. After graduation, he gained more than 12 years of experience in
international finance management. Mr. Dexne worked as a Management
Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and afterwards he was Finance
Director of Olympus Diagnostica GmbH. Later on he was promoted to
General Manager, Finance and Controlling at the European headquarters of
the Olympus Optical Group. Before joining MediGene AG, Mr. Dexne was a
member of the Executive Board at the software company Kiwilogic AG, in
charge of finance and operations.
