Shawn F. O'Donnell

SHAWN F. O’DONNELL, President and Chief Executive Officer of Arbinet-thexchange,
Inc., joined the company in 2008 as President and CEO with over 20 years of
strategic and operational experience in the telecom, cable, technology and call
center sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Director at the management
and operational consulting firm CXO. He has been a member of Arbinet’s Board of
Directors since July 2007. Prior to joining CXO, Mr. O’Donnell served as Chief
Operating Officer of Capital and Technology Advisors, a consulting firm
specializing in telecommunications and technology. Previously, he was Executive
Vice President of Network Services and Systems at PathNet Telecommunications,
Inc., and prior to that, held various leadership positions at MCI
Telecommunications Corporation. Mr. O’Donnell received a BS from Pennsylvania
State University and a Master’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic University.
