Harry W. Rhulen

HARRY W. RHULEN is President and CEO of Frontier Insurance Group, Inc.,
a public company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The Group
consists of several insurance companies specializing in niche markets
within the property and casualty business. A 1985 graduate of the
College of Insurance, Mr. Rhulen also earned his Master’s of Business
Administration degree and Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University in
1989. During this same year, he followed his father’s and grandfather’s
footsteps into the insurance business as an Attorney at the Rhulen
Agency, which was started by his grandfather in 1934. Since 1990, he has
concentrated his energies in the insurance arena. He was the force
behind the building of Frontier’s headquarters in Rock Hill, New York.
Over the years, Mr. Rhulen has been recognized by various local civic
organizations for his humanitarianism. In addition to serving as a
Director on Frontier’s Board, he is also a Director of the American
Insurance Association and a Board member of the Council of Insurance
Company Executives, United General Title and G & L Internet Bank.
