Andrew Weinreich

ANDREW WEINREICH, Chairman and Founder of Joltage Networks, Inc.,
has served as Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of
sixdegrees.com, an online community for young adults that he sold
in January 2000 to YouthStream Media Networks, a publicly held
company. Earlier, he served as Vice President/General Counsel of
the Hertz Technology Group, orchestrating the company’s public
offering and attending to all legal affairs. From 1990 through
1991, Mr. Weinreich was a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co
in the Investment Banking division. He earned his BA from the
University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Fordham University
School of Law. Mr. Weinreich sits on the Board of Directors of
the New York New Media Association (NYNMA) and the Board of
Advisors for AskIt Systems, Inc.
