DILIP R. VELLODI is Chairman and CEO of The Sutherland Group, Ltd. Dilip
Vellodi is a leading authority on CRM and the integration of consulting,
technology and business process outsourcing. He consults extensively
with leaders of Fortune 1000 companies on customer-focused strategies to
deliver improved productivity and efficiency. Under his direction,
Sutherland has achieved an annual growth rate of almost 50 percent. Mr.
Vellodi received his bachelor's degree in economics with mathematics and
statistics from Loyola University, and holds an MBA from Rutgers
University. He began his career as a consultant to Merck, and then
joined Xerox Corporation, where he held assignments in operations,
sales, strategic planning and market development.Mr. Vellodi is the
recipient of the Ernst & Young New York State Entrepreneur of the Year
award and Rochester Institute of Technology's Herbert W. VandenBrul
