MATT MOSMAN – CERBERIAN INC

MATT MOSMAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cerberian, Inc. Mr. Mosman oversees corporate management and strategic direction. Prior to joining Cerberian, in 2003 Mr. Mosman was a former Managing Director with Wasatch Venture Fund, a Utah-based investment firm and an affiliate of Draper, Fisher, Jurvetson, which focuses on technology investments. Mr. Mosman spent six years at Oracle Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development where he was responsible for all of Oracle's mergers, acquisitions, joint venture, spin-offs, technology licenses, investments and for Oracle's $500 million Venture Fund. He served on Oracle's Product Development Management Committee, and on the company's Investment Committee. Mr. Mosman previously held management positions at Sequent Computer Systems, Central Point Software and Compaq Computer Corporation. He has also served on numerous corporate Boards in the United States and abroad, including service as Chairman of the Board of Directors for e-Travel. He is a frequent lecturer on topics relating to corporate strategy at colleges and universities and holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University.
