Jeffrey Sprau is Chief Executive Officer of Legence Corp. He became CEO in January 2025 and has served as a director since August 2025, shortly before Legence became a publicly traded company. Mr. Sprau has served as the CEO of Legence Parent LLC since October 2020, when he was also appointed to Legence Parent LLC’s Board of Managers. Prior to the formation of Legence Parent LLC, Mr. Sprau served as CEO of Therma Holdings. Before joining Therma, Mr. Sprau served as President of BrandSafway. Earlier in his career, he served in various roles at Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI), and he began his career as a marketing engineer with Trane Technologies plc (NYSE:TT). Mr. Sprau earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University’s Stetson-Hatcher School of Business.
