ANDREW M. ROSENFIELD, Chief Executive Officer of UNext.com, is an
economist, lawyer, and educator who has long been associated with higher
education and is senior lecturer in law at the University of Chicago Law
School. He was the founder, President and is now Chairman of Lexecon
Inc., one of the country's premier economic consulting firms. He was
educated at Kenyon College, Harvard University, the University of
Chicago, and the University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Rosenfield is a
member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago, the Lyric
