Lee Kronzon, Portfolio Manager, joined Gator Capital Management in 2013. At Gator, Mr. Kronzon manages the Gator Opportunities Fund, a concentrated, quality-driven, growth-oriented and valuation-sensitive small/midcap-focused mutual fund. From 2001 through 2012, Mr. Kronzon was a senior member of the Fundamental Equities Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management — GSAM. At GSAM, Mr. Kronzon's responsibilities covered the gamut of the investment process from idea origination, research, analysis and implementation to portfolio sector construction and management, risk monitoring and strategic review. While at GSAM, Mr. Kronzon contributed significantly to the successful launch and growth of all-cap, midcap and small/midcap equity investment products. Prior to joining GSAM, Mr. Kronzon held a variety of positions in consulting and capital markets.
