Walker & Dunlop to Secure Acquisition Financing for Greystar

Bethesda, Maryland - June 15, 2017 - Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) announced today that it has been retained by Greystar Growth and Income Fund, LP and affiliated parties to secure financing for its acquisition of Monogram Residential Trust. The transaction is expected to close during the second half of 2017.
