(NYSE: FSM) (TSX: FVI) announces that, subsequent to the share acquisition described in the Company's news release dated October 10, 2017, Jorge A. Ganoza, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has increased his equity position in the Company further by acquiring an additional 198,000 common shares on the open market and pursuant to a stock option exercise.
The shares were acquired for a total purchase price of approximately US$430,000. Insider report filings reflecting the share acquisitions have been made on the SEDI website at www.sedi.ca.
