Boris Peaker, Ph.D., is Executive Director and Senior Analyst with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., covering the biotechnology sector. Prior to joining Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., he was an Analyst at Rodman & Renshaw, covering small and midcap biotech companies across multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to Rodman & Renshaw, Dr. Peaker covered mid- and large-cap U.S.-based biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies at Cowen Group. He began his career as a Consultant at Keelin Reeds Partners in Palo Alto, California, working exclusively with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on asset valuation, R&D portfolio management, M&A strategy, and royalty and equity financing.
