W. Tom Reeder

W. TOM REEDER is currently the Executive Vice President of
Swisher International, Inc., and is an Officer and Director for
all of its subsidiaries. Mr. Reeder joined Swisher International
in March 1988. He has previously served as Vice President of
Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Swisher International
and has served continually on the company’s Board of Directors
since 1989. He is also a partner in two Swisher Hygiene franchise
operations. Prior to 1988, he was the principle in a wholesale
apparel marketing firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a 1975
graduate of Western Carolina University with a degree in
Economics.
