Robert E. Wright

ROBERT E. WRIGHT has been Vice President, Investor Relations at Unocal
Corporation since 1995. He joined Unocal in 1969 and has held various
positions in the company including Assistant Corporate Comptroller;
Comptroller, Petroleum Products and Chemicals Division; Comptroller,
Chemicals and Minerals Division. Mr. Wright is a member of the National
Investor Relations Institute, Vice President and Treasurer of the
Petroleum Investor Relations Association and past Vice President of
Financial Executives International-Los Angeles Chapter. He has a BBA in
Finance from the University of Texas-Austin.
