Joseph L. Reinhart

JOSEPH L. REINHART was named Corporate Secretary of ESI in 1998.
Earlier, he was elected Vice President of Business Development in
September 1996 and Director of Business Development in April 1995. Mr.
Reinhart joined ESI in 1993 as Communications and Contracts Manager. His
experience includes finance, venture funding, mergers and acquisitions
and administration in high technology businesses. He graduated from the
State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Business
Administration and Economics.
