HENNING SOLTAU is the Financial Director of d+s online AG. From 1993 to
1997 he first worked as leading inspector in tax investigation, then he
was tax consultant for the Hamburg branch of the Arthur Andersen
Company. From 1998 to 1999 he was Managing Director of a medium-sized
enterprise in the IT sector.
