ZACH LONSTEIN has been Chairman of the Board of Infocrossing, Inc.,
since the company's founding in 1984, and served as President until May
1996. Having devoted his entire career to IT, Mr. Lonstein previously
was a founder and President of Transportation Computing Services Corp.,
a company he formed in 1970 and sold to Informatics General Corp.
(Sterling Software) in 1981. From 1981 to 1984 he was Vice President and
General Manager of the Commercial On-Line division of Informatics
